Jean-Baptiste Santini joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2019, as a Junior Associate in the Africa team.
Jean-Baptiste focuses his practice in public projects, mainly in francophone Africa, in infrastructure, transportation, energy, mining and defence sectors.
He assists both public clients (States, public entities, public banks, etc.) and private clients (investment funds, banks, operators, developers, etc.) as part of studies, development, and implementation of infrastructure projects of transportation (train express régional, bus rapid transit, etc.) notably.
Before joining CMS in 2019, Jean-Baptiste had two previous experience in public business law departments of two American law firms (DLA Piper LLP and Weil Gotshal and Manges LLP), as well as an experience as a trainee lawyer in Veolia Water's national legal department.
