John joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats’ Energy / Regulated sectors Department in January 2018, after gathering a solid experience in International Contracts and Dispute Resolution in the Energy, Mining & Infrastructures department of Jeantet and Caisse des dépôts et consignations’ Legal Direction.

His practice covers a wide scope of energy, infrastructures, and industry-related matters. In this respect, John advises States, state-owned entities or private groups for the implementation of major projects (electricity, renewables, construction, civil engineering, transportation, oil & gas and mining fields), in the negotiation and drafting of a broad spectrum of private and public contracts (with a strong focus on FIDIC Rainbow Suite, EPC, Turnkey and LOGIC models), as well as their representation in complex commercial and treaty arbitration procedures.
