Marie-Pierre Schramm joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 1985 and was made a partner in 2003.
Specialising in advice and disputes in the field of employment law, she regularly handles matters regarding individual employment relationships (employment contracts, status of executives and managers, pay structures, equality of treatment, dismissal, negotiated departure, etc.), the implementation of corporate policies, with particular regard to collective bargaining (working time arrangements, retirement and contingency planning, save-as-you-earn schemes, retirement plans, psycho-social risk agreements etc.) or restructuring operations (transfers of activity, acquisitions, job safeguarding plans etc.).
Marie-Pierre is also responsible for URSSAF (French social security authority) disputes (contributions base, business expenses, benefits in kind, reduction of contributions etc.).
