Véronique’s role within the Corporate team specifically involves governance issues (organisation and structuring of corporate governance), ethics (document analysis and preparation), compliance (implementation of Sapin II law obligations), remuneration of executive directors (drafting of remuneration and shareholder voting policies – "say on pay"), regulatory corporate information (registration document, shareholders' meeting brochure, integrated report) and permanent reporting and management of privileged information obligations.

She is also involved in drafting resolutions and preparing for AGMs (presentation document, answering shareholders’ questions, etc.) and board assessment (governance audit and benchmarking against comparable companies, drafting of an assessment questionnaire, director interviews, drafting of a report accompanied by recommendations and action plans).
