Investment in the BTR in Scotland has been hesitant - but is now set to thrive as the tenure of our future.
The long wait for Scotland is seemingly over, with a number of large-scale BTR developments now built and trading, and more emerging though the planning pipeline.
However, in spite of the short distance between Edinburgh and Glasgow, each city presents different opportunities and challenges for delivering BTR.
Both cities offer viable and desirable locations for BTR, but for very different reasons, and in this breakfast webinar we will look at how differing demographic, economic, affordability and supply issues shape how Scotland's two largest cities seek to compete for institutional investment in BTR.
