Employment lunchtime lockdown learning series (webinar)

Past event
11 June 2020, 12:00 - 12:30 UTC +00:00

The CMS Employment team is delighted to invite you to join us for “Lunchtime lockdown learning” – a series of half hour “bitesize” lunchtime webinars.

The aim of this series is to refresh knowledge around the various HR and employment law issues that will have particular relevance for employers navigating the next phase of the lockdown period both in the short and medium term.  In many ways the arrangements ahead for employers could be much more complicated than those during the lockdown.  These will be very different not only for each industry and workplace but also individual employers and employees; a tailored route map will be essential taking account of government guidance and the raft of employment law implications that this will entail.

As well as looking at the HR planning process for when restrictions are eased, we will also cover the challenges that business will face in the months and perhaps years ahead given that, for many, the workplace will have changed for the foreseeable future and perhaps forever.

You will find further information about each of the webinars below together with a link to register.

21 May - Considering collective consultation

28 May - Dealing with mental health issues during and post lockdown

4 June - Contractual issues

11 June - Whistleblowing
