Finance Disputes: latest developments and upcoming issues

• Cryptoassets: an introduction to this topic and some of the legal tools available and key developments before the English courts.
• LIBOR transition: all businesses will be affected by the discontinuation of LIBOR as a benchmark interest rate in 2021. We will tell you what you need to know about this topic and identify the key risk areas.
