Plastics and packaging is one of the biggest issues currently facing the food and drink industry. CMS Scotland and the Food and Drink Federation (FDF) are delighted to be working together to deliver an update on this very topical issue.
The seminar will look at the impact that plastic waste regulations will have on Scottish businesses and how businesses are reacting to the policy changes and new laws to reduce single use plastic.

- Joanna Waddell and Alex Ibrahim, CMS Environment - key legal changes
- Cat Hay, FDF Policy Manager, FDF Scotland – policy update
- Suzie Carlaw, Marketing Manager, Border Biscuits – a case study on a successful reduction of plastic packaging
- Gordon Allan, Managing Director, Malcolm Allan - the challenges of food safety and sustainable packaging
The seminar will finish with a panel session chaired by Olivia Jamison, Partner, CMS.
