Join us for this free-of-charge seminar as we take a look at the future of retail, the changing path to purchase and the ever evolving customer "experience". This event will be of interest to commercial and legal professionals alike and to retailers as well as developers, landlords, technology providers, lenders, funders and advisers with a focus on retail.

Over the course of two sessions, experts from Value Retail, Hype, Hammerson, Coniq, Engage Works, Kantar Retail and CMS will look at shopper experience, touching on issues around dwell time, guided/assisted shops, and the blurring of physical and online. We will also discuss retail technology, examining the applications of technology trends in the sector and how they are likely to shape the customer journey in years to come e.g. in-store technology, tracking the customer journey, loyalty scheme apps. Each session will explore trends and commercial issues while also touching on the key legal pitfalls and issues to consider.
