The CMS Employment team is hosting our third webinar in our series "The Senior Managers and Certification Regime - HR impact - are you up to speed?" which looks at the various HR and employment law issues to consider in navigating the SMCR. In this session, we will look at reporting requirements in relation to new and existing authorisations, how and when to deal with breach notifications and steps to take on resignation and cessation of registrations.

This webinar will be useful both for those getting ready for the regime and those already operating in it and will give practical advice drawing on our extensive experience of advising clients in this area.
