CMS advises Mobius on acquisition by Wireless Logic

International law firm CMS has advised the shareholders of Mobius Networks (Mobius), the market leading mobile virtual network operator, on the sale of Mobius to Wireless Logic, the leading global Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity platform provider.

Founded in 2004, Mobius provides data connectivity services for IoT and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) applications. Selected by Vodafone as its preferred distributor for M2M Data SIMs, Mobius has forged a reputation as a leading supplier of M2M solutions.
