CMS appoints aircraft finance partner strengthening asset finance offering

CMS in London has appointed Keith Wilson as head of Aircraft Finance and a partner in the asset finance team.

Keith joins the firm from Berwin Leighton Paisner and brings twenty-five years of experience in aircraft finance, representing clients across a wide variety of transactions including debt and capital market transactions, leasing transactions and portfolio acquisitions and sales.

Although primarily focused on the aircraft finance and leasing industry, Keith also has considerable experience of other asset classes including oil and gas financing and leasing particularly reserve based lending, vendor financing, ship finance and real estate finance.

Keith’s appointment follows the success the firm has achieved with the arrival of Tim Elliott in April last year and supports the continuing development of CMS’ asset finance capability.
