CMS is delighted to be ranked no 1 by UK and European partners in the real estate sector, as revealed in The Lawyer’s Global Real Estate Top 50 2019 report.
In the UK, CMS is listed at no 1 by number of partners. The firm has also maintained its position as the largest team in Europe, and one of the largest in the world, ranking no 2 by partners globally.
In its editorial, The Lawyer references the firm’s ‘game changing’ merger, commenting: “Two years, The Lawyer wrote that CMS’ tripartite merger had all the hallmarks of a gamechanger. The data confirms that this has come to pass.” It goes on to say that “the firm’s first-time appointment to the Crown Estate’s real estate panel, a five-year mandate won last year, along with deals for Asia Investor CDL and numerous German and French funds suggest that CMS has bandwidth in spades.”
