CMS wins Strategic Legal Operations Team of the Year at the British Legal Awards 2022

International law firm CMS has won Strategic Legal Operations Team of the Year at the British Legal Awards 2022. 

The firm was applauded for bringing about behavioural changes across the organisation through a series of process improvement projects that have resulted in measurable efficiency and profitability benefits.

Some of the highlights for the CMS Legal Operations team this year include training over 300 colleagues in skills ranging from Legal Project Management to Stakeholder Management, training over 260 clients across specific inhouse legal operations skills, hosting in-house Legal Operations Roundtable series and improving the data captured on matters.

CMS Head of Legal Operations and Project Management Stefania Callisto commented: “We are delighted to have won this award, after a transitional year of growth and success for our team. Our objective is to understand the behavioural considerations for change and deliver results for the firm and our clients.
