Nabarro reappointed as sole legal adviser on £1.3 billion property fund

Nabarro has been reappointed as the sole legal adviser to the England and Wales Property portfolio of Strathclyde Pension Fund – one of the largest local authority pension funds in the UK. The Fund is administered by Glasgow City Council and the Property portfolio comprises 53 properties worth £1.3 billion. Nabarro has acted for the Strathclyde Pension Fund for several years and has been reappointed following a lengthy competitive tender process.

Nabarro has a strong track record with local government clients and has advised on the full range of property related legal services including Investment Management, Construction, Planning and Property Litigation.

Leading the Nabarro team was Real Estate partner, Jeremy Shields assisted by partner Tanya Holt.
