Charlotte is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team. She qualified as a solicitor in January 2015 having completed her training contract with Nabarro LLP. She has experience in a range of corporate transactions, including private company acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, reorganisations, venture capital investments. Charlotte also regularly advises on general company law and corporate governance matters.
