Fatima is an Associate in the London Technology & Media team. She regularly advises on a wide range of commercial, outsourcing, data protection and technology related matters. Fatima acts for clients in various sectors including, TMT, consumer products, retail and energy.

Fatima has experience with advising clients on commercial agreements (e.g., SaaS agreements), implementing and updating terms and conditions in business and consumer contexts and compliance with data protection regulatory requirements under the UK GDPR and ePrivacy Directive. 

Fatima has previously been seconded to Microsoft Limited’s UK legal team and BP’s UK Technology & Data team.
