Freddie specialises in the drafting and prosecution of computer science and technology based patent applications. He has a particular interest in start-ups, both introducing them to the world of Intellectual Property and providing a cost-effective strategy for protecting their ideas. Freddie has passed the Queen Mary foundation examinations in Intellectual Property Law, and is working towards full chartership as both a UK and European Patent Attorney.
Freddie studied Engineering Science at the University of Oxford which provided him with a broad knowledge base in a range of technical fields, before specialising in both Civil and Biomedical Engineering. Following which, Freddie was awarded a Master’s Degree for his work developing a new transport system for chemotherapeutic drugs using liposomes and carbon nanoparticles.
