  • City Property (Glasgow) LLP (the investment property vehicle of Glasgow City Council) on the transfer of 2000 investment properties by means of a novel general transfer of the properties not requiring individual conveyances.
  • North Lanarkshire Council in a dispute with a tenant who had an option to purchase on the ability to include "hope value" in the land valuation, leading to a successful result in the Supreme Court.
  • Lloyds Banking Group on the disposal of their large central Edinburgh site for mixed use development.
  • Hargreaves Services plc in relation to saving the Scottish mining industry following its purchase of certain assets of Scottish Coal, which was liquidated in 2013.
  • Along with others, Land Securities and Henderson on the extension of Buchanan Galleries shopping centre, Glasgow (including a novel tax increment financing scheme).
