Jenny is a partner based in Edinburgh.  She has many years of experience working on infrastructure projects across the UK, with a particular focus on operational PPP projects.  She advises on a range of infrastructure sectors, predominantly advising Project companies, investors, contractors and lenders on education, health, water, transport, defence, prison and emergency service projects.  Recent experience has included advising on distressed projects particular in the health sector, major variations, service contracts, the sale of operational projects, handback of projects, insolvencies, terminations and settlements.
