  • BBC Studios on the demerger of UKTV where Discovery formally took over control of lifestyle channels Really, Home and Good Food and BBC Studios took over control of entertainment channels Alibi, Dave, Drama, Eden, Gold, W and Yesterday, the UKTV brand, as well as the digital service UKTV Play.
  • Telit Communications on the USD$105m multijurisdictional sale of its automotive division to Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed company, TUS International Limited.
  • Spotify AB on its acquisition of Sonalytic Limited, a technology company which identifies audio clips and monitors the usage of copyright protected material.
  • Cindat (a private equity firm established to guide and safeguard Chinese capital in their overseas investments) on its acquisition of multiple care homes in the UK from HCP.
  • euNetworks, a leading European bandwidth infrastructure provider, on its merger with investment firm Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners. The multijurisdictional transaction saw Stonepeak take a majority interest in euNetworks and the deal provided euNetworks with up to $500 million of committed growth capital.
