Michael McAuley is a consultant specialising complex and large scale projects across a range of sectors, including transport, water, education and health.

  • Transport Scotland on the M8 M73 M74 Network Improvements and Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route (capital value of approximately GBP 1.1bn), the first roads to be procured through the Non Profit Distributing financing model.
  • Private sector developer on first Tax Incremental Financing Agreement signed in the UK.
  • In charge of legal team advising Scottish Exhibition Centre Limited in connection with the development of the Queen's Dock site, including infrastructure works, car parking and the new Hydro Arena.
  • Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited on procurement and financing of the ferry for Stornoway and Ullapool route.
  • NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde in providing six new health centres under the hub West Territory.
  • Structuring and procurement of private sector partners to work in partnership with Scottish Water to deliver approximately £687m capital investment to waste and water assets.
  • Forth Valley College on procurement of New College Campus NPD Project.
