Olivia is an associate the Technology & Media team. Olivia advises a range of clients from large multinationals to small start-ups, in relation to technology, outsourcing and commercial contracts, as well as data protection law and media issues. She has experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including software licences and services agreements, as well as customer facing terms and conditions and key privacy documentation. Olivia also advises clients on e-commerce, marketing, consumer and fair trading law issues.

Prior to joining CMS, Olivia worked for a top-tier, full service law firm in New Zealand in the TMT space. She also has experience in a top-tier M&A team at the beginning of her career.
