Shirin is an Associate in the Corporate Transactions team in the London office. She completed her training contract at the firm (including six months on secondment at the Wellcome Trust) and qualified in August 2020. Shirin works on transactions across a range of sectors, and is particularly interested in the lifescience, technology and media sectors. 

Shirin is an active member of the CMS equIP programme, supporting technology start-ups with their legal and commercial risks. She is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, and a member of the CMS BAME Network Committee and equIP #LeadHers Campaign.
