Shona Sanders is a consultant within our International Project Finance Group. In this role she leads our Scottish team on the funding aspects of PFI/PPP and other large scale infrastructure projects and is a key member of our Scottish team advising on the funding aspects of projects within the energy and climate change sector (including renewables and oil and gas).

Shona has more than 25 years' experience in the banking and finance sector having qualified in Scots Law in 1989 and English Law in 1998 and subsequently held partner roles within private practice in the UK and a senior project finance role in Australia. Shona has also spent time on secondment as acting European General Counsel of National Australia Group and worked in house at a Renewables Developer. These various roles have resulted in a broad range of experience and a good understanding of the concerns of different stakeholders.
