Stuart MacLean is a partner in the Corporate Group. His transaction experience includes public and private M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate reorganisation/restructuring and significant commercial contracts. He has also enjoyed advising clients on corporate governance and their wider corporate affairs.
