• In the UK we offer a full-service real estate capability which includes significant experience in acting for consumer products occupiers of office premises, typically in relation to their headquarters both acquiring and disposing as well as lease regears and other management matters such as the exercise of break options. We also act for retailers and other operators on the development and letting of stores, factories and logistics facilities.
• Our real estate team delivers support across the UK from four locations; London, Bristol, Aberdeen and Edinburgh.
