St James’s University Hospital on the refinancing of the hospital's PFI Project by way of a listed and private bond issue acting for Assured Guaranty, US Bank and Lloyds Bank.

NFA Group on a wide range of transactions including its recent acquisition of the Outcomes First Group.

Welltower on acquisitions of over £500 million of care home assets and several acute care hospitals, we have advised this major US REIT since its entry into the UK market in 2012.

Barchester Healthcare on numerous acquisitions, sales and developments for one of the largest providers of residential nursing, dementia care, assisted living and specialist services in the UK.

Royal Liverpool Hospital acted for the project company in relation to all matters surrounding the insolvency of Carillion who were both the construction and facilities management contractors on the Project. 

BMI on the successful £1bn lease restructuring of BMI Hospital Group's 58 site estate enabling a £250m capital expenditure programme and separately on supporting W&I insurers on the restructuring.

Investors in social infrastructure on an investigation into the investee’s children’s and adults service provision to ensure compliance with internal policies and the regulatory framework, following a police investigation and suspension of registration for a number of children’s homes by the regulatory body.
