Andrew is an Associate in our Finance Group. 

His practice primarily focuses on derivatives and structured products, including hedging arrangements in relation to project finance transactions, negotiating master agreements such as ISDA and GMRA, establishing and updating repackaging programmes and structured securities programmes, and issuing notes under those programmes.

He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Relevant experience

  • An international bank in relation to an interest rate swap and related intercreditor arrangements.
  • A Japanese bank on updating its repackaging programme.
  • Multiple major international banks on the issuance of repackaging notes under their respective repackaging programme.
  • A major US investment bank on the issuance of its credit-linked note under its private placement memorandum.
  • Multiple major international banks on the negotiation of the Global Master Repurchase Agreement.
