  • A mid-sized Hong Kong contractor in Hong Kong seated arbitrations concerning disputes with both its subcontractor and claims against its employer arising from a project for expansion works in a crematorium.
  • A mid-sized Hong Kong contractor regarding disputes with its employer arising from a project for renovation of a public municipal building, achieving settlement in favour of the client.
