  • A global bank as trustee in connection with the issue by a company in the real estate sector of guaranteed notes.
  • A leading Singapore bank in connection with a secured term loan to finance a privatisation proposal made by way of a scheme of arrangement.
  • A PRC lessor in connection with a facility provided by a leading French bank and KEXIM to refinance the acquisition cost of two LNG carriers.
  • A bioenergy company on the financing of the development of a sugarcane plantation, ethanol distillery and cogeneration power plant.
  • A leading national airline and its aircraft leasing subsidiary in connection with the restructuring of their respective aircraft portfolios.
