Alma Yasin is an associate specialised in the field of banking & finance. She has experience in advising national and international banking clients, private equity funds and corporations on structured debt financing, share and asset deals, real estate portfolio deals, refinancing and restructuring projects.
At CMS Zagreb Alma Yasin mainly works in the area of banking & finance law, including acquisition finance transactions and projects related to the transfer of non-performing loans.
Previous work experience / training
Alma Yasin joined Bardek Lisac Mušec Skoko d.o.o. in cooperation with CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in February 2018. Before joining CMS, she worked as a legal assistant at an international law firm in Germany focusing on banking and corporate law issues arising in the context of mergers and acquisitions. In May 2019, she completed an LL.M. programme at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C., where she further deepened her expertise in the field of finance. In the course of her studies in Washington, Alma Yasin did an externship at the World Bank in the Finance, Competitiveness and Innovation Department. During that period, she also passed the New York Bar Exam.
