In previous years, the CMS Banking Summer School—a series of training courses specifically designed for junior bankers and banking lawyers—proved very popular. This year, we are delighted to announce three related courses. These will take you through the important and intriguing aspects of loan documentation and collateral documentation, sustainable finance, and syndicated loan agreements under English law. The courses consist of short presentations of 2-3 x 45 and 1x20 minutes per session.
