CMS Rebuilding Ukraine: People

Past event
25 May 2023, 10:00 - 11:00 UTC +03:00

How have we changed during the war and what strengths have we discovered? How can we use this for our further development?

We have all changed, living through unique, often dramatic experiences that allow us to discover new facets and dimensions of our personalities.

We have learnt to turn weaknesses into strengths, united and adapted to constant challenges, which will certainly be useful in the further development of ourselves and our country.

We invite you to realise our superpowers and discuss ways to further address your development needs at the third meeting of the CMS Rebuilding Ukraine: People initiative, which will take place on 25 May at 10 am Kyiv time.

Top managers of the Kyiv office of CMS Cameron Mckenna Nabarro Olswang - Olga Belyakova and Tetiana Bugasova - will talk about their own development as managers, as well as the development of the company in times of crisis.

Our long-time partner and mentor in organisational and personal transformation, Oksana Semeniuk, will guide us through the following topics:

  • How have we changed by living an experience that none of us wanted?
  • Why is it important to understand and develop our strengths as well as to know and work on our character gaps?
  • What to consider for holistic personal development in the context of daily challenges, threats and opportunities?

This webinar will be held in Ukrainian language and will not be recorded.

Participation in the event is free of charge subject to pre-registration at the link below.
