CMS Budapest is hosting a new series of accreditation training events approved by the Hungarian Bar Association as part of the new compulsory accreditation system in Hungary. 

Current trends in class action, collective redress, representative action, etc., in Europe and expected developments in Hungary 

During this webinar, we will cover the following topics: Background and definitions; Class actions in existing law; Presentation of the rules of the Code of Civil Procedure on affiliated litigation; Presentation of the rules on public interest litigation and the pending bill T/1618; International and expected domestic trends in class actions.
