HR Roundtable: I slapped a colleague—do I get fired?

The pandemic, a war in Europe, the energy crisis and the worsening economic downturn represent a growing burden for all of us, both financially and mentally. As a result, there are now a growing number of employee behavioural problems in the workplace that are leading to internal investigations and other measures employers need to take. During this event, we will look into how HR professionals can deal with these problems, what preventive measures they can take, and what legal tools they have to hand. Guest speakers from ICAS Hungary will join the event, including a specialist psychologist.
