CMS Budapest and HVCA proudly invite you and your colleagues to a business breakfast and round table discussion on “Transactions – briefly about trends and challenges of privacy questions and merger control approvals in transactions”, where we would like to give the opportunity to guests for meeting and networking.

The presentation will summarise specific issues in M&A transactions covering the following:

• The world of M&A trends – brief summary of the European transactional trends based on the CMS 2015 M&A study
• Seller and buyer all in the same boat – privacy issues in transactions
• Merger control practice of the Hungarian Competition Office – recent case studies.
