10.45 – 12.00 The new Data Protection Regulation
It is recommended to start the preparation now for the new General Data Protection Regulation, which will come into effect on 25 May, 2018. The regulation will confer further responsibilities for internal data protection officers, as well as for HR, marketing and sales functions. In addition, maximum fines will also be increased. We will discuss the implications of GDPR and how it will affect the organisational structure and everyday life at your company.
