CMS assists MOL Group on its acquisition of Aurora Group of Germany

A multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary CMS team represented long-standing client MOL Group in relation to its acquisition of Aurora Group, an industrial holding group based in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

MOL is a multinational oil & gas company with operations in over 30 countries. It is the third most valuable company in CEE and this latest acquisition represents a key milestone of the group’s 2030 strategy, which intends to make MOL the leading chemical player in the CEE region.
