CMS Budapest was named Best Real Estate Law Firm yesterday by CIJ Awards Hungary 2018, taking the top spot for the second time in a row. Throughout 2018 CMS has continued to be involved in the most high-profile and high value real estate transactions and developments in Hungary, which was recognized by a Jury Committee representing top management and real estate experts from the European Real Estate Market last night at the CIJ Awards Gala in Budapest.
“This prestigious award is very important to us as it reflects the voice of the Hungarian real estate market. Getting it once is a great achievement, but receiving it twice really shows that we are on the right track”– said Gábor Czike, Partner and Head of Real Estate at CMS Budapest.
About the award:
The CIJ Awards are the longest-running commercial property awards event in Budapest, Hungary, organized by CIJ, CEE & SEE Europe’s Real Estate digital and print news provider. The Jury Committee included representatives from the top real estate experts in the European Real Estate Market – funds, investors, developers and property owners, who evaluated nominations in 5 groups and 20 categories. Nominations were judged on the value they bring to the real estate they deal with, including consideration of the size, quality, design, value, time, term, company and team.
