The results show that we have substantially increased our market share in jurisdictions we want to be in. Additionally, the level and quality of mandates that we receive have continually improved. CMS is on the right track.”

Earlier this month, CMS announced its 2014 financial results. The organisation posted annual revenues of EUR 934.5m compared with 2013 revenues of EUR 842.1m. Net profit was up 3.3% compared with 2013.

Cornelius Brandi´s mandate has been extended for four years, ending in June 2019. As Chairman, he is responsible for the growth and strategic direction of CMS.

“The fact that partners have re-elected the incumbent chairman is an indication that they support the general direction that CMS is going in. ” Cornelius Brandi added.
