Krisztina is an associate in the Finance team at CMS Budapest.

Krisztina graduated from the Eötvös Loránd University in 2014. During her career she has been involved in various acquisition, project, hotel, corporate and real estate financings and re-financings (including both several domestic and cross-border transactions), legal due diligences, and is experienced in reviewing, drafting and negotiating finance documents. 

Krisztina spent 7 months as a secondee in the London office of UniCredit Bank AG. Her main responsibilities included CEEMEA credit syndicate financing and advising.

She has also participated in numerous financial regulatory and licensing matters, as well as portfolio transfers.

  • Bank of China on the financing and refinancing of a Telecom sector’s company with the purpose of design, construction and lease of an Optical Fibre Network in Hungary.
  • Raiffeisen Bank Zrt. and UniCredit Bank Hungary on the financing of the development of office buildings under the so-called Growth Credit Program of the Hungarian National Bank.
  • K&H Bank and UniCredit Bank on the refinancing of an existing loan of a market leader pharmaceutical company.
  • Foreign investors and Hungarian commercial banks on solar power plants financing matters.
