Marc is an associate in the Commercial and Dispute Resolution groups at CMS. 

His practice primarily focuses on commercial transactions, commercial litigation, and international arbitration, where he advises a wide array of clients on construction and commercial disputes, regulatory standards and compliance matters, as well as class action defences. Marc also has extensive practical experience in a variety of international arbitration proceedings, in several languages, and across a wide range of industry sectors and institutional rules (AAA, ICC, VIAC, Hungarian CoC).

Before joining CMS, Marc worked at an employment law firm in his hometown of Toronto, Canada, following which he spent several years working in the Commercial Litigation and Business Transactions groups of a New York City-based firm. As a result, Marc also has substantial U.S. federal and state court litigation experience in all phases of proceedings, from inception through trial.
