∙ What will be the most important market trend affecting your clients’ sector over the next 12 months? ∙

Technological innovation is reshaping ways of working, both in and outside of companies. We will see new employment relationships, or forms of collaboration, which will have a tremendous impact on the labour market and labour engagement. Employment and labour law legal systems will need to be adapted to this.

∙ What has been your most memorable day as a lawyer? ∙

It is always satisfying when clients recognise your work. I recall receiving a congratulatory phone call from the opposing party after a judgement in my client’s favour, on a case on which we worked tirelessly over a number of years.

∙ If you weren’t a lawyer, how would you earn your living? ∙

I have always been fond of old movies and would have loved to become a film director or contribute towards the making of classic films.
