Public procurement on the move to ecological transition

We are delighted to announce that the 7th CMS Public Procurement Forum will take place in Paris on Thursday, 9 December 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. CET on the topic “Public procurement on the move to ecological transition”.

During this event, the programme will cover green public procurement and sustainable mobility (with a focus on alternative fuels infrastructure, and more specifically on hydrogen and electric vehicle recharging points).

Our speakers will include representatives of France Hydrogène and Meridiam and CMS lawyers from several European jurisdictions.

The conference will be held in English and will be free of charge.

Participants are most welcome to attend physically. We would be thrilled to meet you in person. Necessary measures to prevent COVID-19 will be in place.

However, it will also be possible to participate remotely.

COVID-19 Measures

Your “sanitary pass” will be checked upon arrival at the CMS Paris office.
What we call “sanitary pass” in France corresponds to the “digital green certificate” or “European Covid-19 certificate” offered by the European Commission in March 2021.

In France, it includes the presentation of one of the following three documents:
◆    A vaccination certificate against COVID-19 (digital - via the TousAntiCovid application - or paper).
◆    A negative PCR test or antigenic test less than 72 hours old.
◆    A certificate of reinstatement. Also acceptable is the result of a positive RT-PCR or antigenic test attesting to the recovery of COVID-19, at least 15 days old and less than 6 months old.

For those of you arriving from outside France and in particular the EU, please find further useful information at this link
