The EU Omnibus Directive requires EU Member States to implement new measures relating to the so-called dual-quality of consumer products. Providers of consumer products who sell goods which are marketed as identical but which have different composition or characteristics may be subject to extensive fines for misleading commercial practices.

The CMS webinar, involving experts from CMS Germany and CMS Poland, examines how member states are implementing the new law, examines possible risk areas and looks at what companies should be doing now to minimise those risks.
