Serbian Competition Law Enforcement

Status and Perspectives

Belgrade, Serbia

Past event
19 April 2018, 09:00 - 14:00

We have the honour to invite you to an international conference on "Serbian Competition Law Enforcement - Status and Perspectives" to be held on Thursday, 19 April 2018, at 9:00 a.m. at the Hilton Hotel (Tzar Dushan conference room), Kralja Milana 35, Belgrade.

Building upon experience from EU and its member states, including Germany and neighbouring Croatia, the conference will give an update of the status and offer possible conclusions as to the perspectives of the competition law enforcement in Serbia. The conference will aim to answer important questions, such as if we should expect more dawn-raids, more sector enquiries, effective leniency regime, damages actions becoming a real option in Serbia and what should be changed in the current antitrust framework.

The conference will be held in Serbian and English and simultaneous interpretation will be available. There is no registration fee. The number of participants is limited.

Please register by 13 April 2018 at the latest at the e-mail address: [email protected].

If you believe that a colleague of yours may be interested in attending the event, please feel free to share this invitation with them.
