Ukraine-focused discussion and Q&A

Many businesses including CMS have condemned the war in Ukraine and have, as a priority, been making every effort to move their Ukraine-based teams and families to safety. The level of support and humanitarian aid for Ukraine and its citizens has been overwhelming. We can but only hope that this unnecessary conflict comes to an end very soon.

In these uncertain and difficult times, businesses are now also looking at the more operational issues relating to their business in Ukraine. We would like to invite you to a 60-minute discussion and Q&A which we will host online on Wednesday 30 March, starting at 10.00 CET. In this discussion, Ihor Olekhov, Olga Belyakova and Kateryna Chechulina will share their view on the pressing issues including MAC clauses, sanctions, currency controls, payment restrictions, and will also look at emigration and employment related matters regarding staff relocation outside Ukraine.
