CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut and some of its Partners have a long experience working in Angolan projects in several sectors and areas of expertise, in particular in international finance, tax, project finance, real estate, tourism and leisure, oil & gas, energy and energy related projects, corporate, corporate commercial and investment.

In order to better respond to its clients' needs and the increasing pace of inbound investment in Africa, CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut has created in Lisbon a cross practice group entirely focused in the client needs and work for companies with investments in Angola and also in other Portuguese Speaking African Countries. This cross practice group advises national and international clients in three different phases: investment planning, development phase and legal day to day counsel.

In all these phases the team benefits from the sound experience of fully dedicated partners and senior counsels. These partners and counsels have a pivotal role between the Lisbon based team, the clients and our local correspondent law firm.
