CMS: Tax Department grows with entry of Partner Stefano Giuliano

Rome, 24 May 2017 - CMS further strengthens its team with the entrance of Dr. Stefano Giuliano as Partner.

Stefano Giuliano joins the Tax Department of the CMS Rome office.

In addition to having significant knowledge of national fiscal policy and tax risk management processes, Dr. Giuliano has over 20 years of international experience in strategic tax planning, cross-border reorganization and M&A operations.

He has previously held the positions of Country Tax Leader in Italy and Oil & Gas Global Tax Director at General Electric Company, a multinational operating in various industrial sectors and Senior Tax Manager at PwC.

The entrance of Dr. Giuliano strengthens the CMS Tax Department which internationally counts more than 350 professionals and brings the number of Partners at CMS in Italy to 24 and internationally to over 1.000.
